6 stars!! AMAZING!!!! The 2 ladies who did my mani pedi were sooooooo sweet. So warm and comforting. They checked in on me every step of the way to make sure I was comfy and happy. My mani turned out STUNNINGGGGGGGGGGG. Also added on a 20% holiday discount I didn't know about. Also gave me a holiday gift as I was leaving. My go to nail place from now on!!!!! The best customer service I have ever received at a nail salon!!!
This salon was so accommodating, professional and kind to allow us to have the whole salon to ourselves and utilize all their outstanding specialists for my daughter who was getting married and her family and bridal party for a two hour window. Nikki even went so far as to provide us with grapes a bottle of champagne. Each specialist was wonderful and we had such a fun, relaxing time. Thank you Nikki!
I came here for the first time yesterday and I enjoyed my visit! The two ladies were SO nice and welcoming, they thanked me for coming, just overall great customer service. I asked if they were new but turns out they just remodeled, very nice on the inside. I received a pedicure and it was the best I've had in a while, the lady took her time and was very detailed, which I appreciated. I will definitely be back!
Love this place!!! I have been here a lot now. Hang does my nails-she is the best! She is so wonderful and always makes my nails look so lovely. My nails have never been healthy and long until I started going here. Now they look and feel great. I get both manicures and pedicures and both have always been so relaxing and come out great.
I've spent a whole year searching for a new nail place since moving from the East Coast and I am so glad to support Nikki when she opened her own salon. I followed her from a previous local salon and I don't see anyone else. Her manis/pedis are always on point and my hands/feet feel so refreshed and cleaned up whenever I see her. The colors never chip and take forever to come off on their own. She is super sweet and takes her time to perfect your nails, not mention she is an artist when it comes to nail designs!
I've been going to see Nikki for almost a year now. She's THE best, super quick to respond and is the absolute sweetest. Whenever I show her a picture or color I have in mind, she always has the best suggestions and I always leave super happy with my nails!
My wife and I had just finished dinner and were strolling through downtown. While doing so, she commented that she needed a manicure. We saw the open sign on the door so I decided to walk in and ask if they had time to manicure my wife's nails. I noticed they were actually closed for the evening upon opening the door. The employee welcomed us in and immediately began to help my wife with no hesitation. Extremely friendly staff and even better customer service. Highly recommended.
The BEST nail spot in Walnut Creek! The staff is sooo nice and they really try to give you an amazing experience. My gel manicures easily last 2-3 weeks. I'm always happy with the final product and the prices are very reasonable. My husband even joins me for pedicures here occasionally because it's such a relaxing experience :D Check them out!
It is a very comfortable salon and the pedicure was excellent. It is a nice place to go with a friend. They have enough staff and chairs.

I've been coming to this salon with my Mom since highschool. I'm in Grad school in SD so I only am able to come a few times a year. Cindy and Nikki were the kindest people who did SUCH an amazing job with my nails and toes. Would recommend this salon to anyone! Here's a picture of my nails
